Polish Military Physical Fitness Test (WF)

The test applies to professional soldiers of the Polish Armed Forces. Performance standards depend on age, sex and service category.

In this calculator, you choose a 3000 m run or swimming, pull-ups or push-ups, and a 10×10 m shuttle run or an envelope run. Sit-ups are the fourth event.

Each event is scored separately. The final result is calculated based on points earned across all required events, according to official Polish military standards.

It recalculates the test using the current “new time” and “new count” values in the simulator. It does not save the test to your account. If a grade-change prompt is shown, first confirm that step by clicking the same + or − button again.

When the next step reaches a different grade, a prompt appears by the event and the + or − button briefly turns gray. After the animation ends, press the same button again. The current simulation values, including that step, are used to recalculate the entire test. This does not save the result to your account.

Yes. Scoring tables differ for men and women and are divided into age groups. This calculator automatically applies the correct standards.
