The Polish Military Physical Fitness Test (WF) is an annual assessment required for professional soldiers in Poland. It measures overall physical readiness using several events, including running, strength and agility tests.
The test applies to professional soldiers of the Polish Armed Forces. Performance standards depend on age, sex and service category.
Depending on category, the test includes events such as a 3000 m run, a 10×10 m shuttle run, pull-ups or push-ups, sit-ups, and swimming.
Each event is scored separately. The final result is calculated based on points earned across all required events, according to official Polish military standards.
